Single Serve Hot Chocolate

Make rich, creamy single serve hot chocolate from scratch in 5 minutes using just milk, cocoa, and sugar. The perfect one-mug recipe for cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp high-quality dark chocolate, finely chopped

TOPPINGS

  • Whipped cream 
  • Shaved dark chocolate

Directions

  1. Place both ingredients into the butter warmer. Heat on low until tiny bubbles form around the edges.
  2. Whisk on low heat for about 2 minutes until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
