"I bought this as a replacement for my same pot but this one came with a shattered lid. Luckily, I still had the lid from my old one but I was not pleased with the packaging but I do still love the pot."

"I'm very disappointed with my first purchase at Farberware. The set that I actually received is amazing - that was delivered to my home in a timely fashion. However, I ordered another piece and that was delivered to the wrong house - NOT the address on file - because I did NOT receive it AND the picture on the tracking is NOT my home. I am very disappointed with the customer service as the item has not been re-delivered to my actual home and no refund has been issued. Although I love the set I did receive, because of the lack of customer service, I will NOT be ordering again."
