"I found a used one when I was 18 yrs. old. I'm 78 now and I use mine to cook chicken fast for gumbo or dumplins. I cook corn beef fast and tender. A roast. Any large pieces of meat. Cook in a third of the time in my pressure cooker."

"bought two pressure cookers from Farberware. After just one use, the inside of the first one turn ugly brownish. which was very disappointing. I tried contacting customer service to return the unopened second cooker but never heard back. Overall, I’m not happy with the product"

"I recommend better illustrations - it is unclear exactly what the 2nd backup release was. Finally figured it out. Alternative: add a short description. Also some directions are unclear - figured out what was missing because I have used pressure cookers before but a new user may be stymied. Although I presume they are all buying instapots and so this would be moot."
