Poor quality/customer service, no replacement.
"The ceramic scratched all over the inside with a wooded utensil. I submitted a claim several months ago with several pictures and haven't heard back about a replacement. I've sent numerous emails to the company making them aware of my concerns of the safety of the scratched pot; I've been ignored. I will never purchase another item from Farberware again."

"It cooks perfectly, especially with its flat bottom. I have a ceramic stove top, so this pan has been perfect. Funny, though, I’ve never seen a glass lid so flat. And the knob lid!"

"Stylist and practical. Seems to cook very evenly. Cleans very easily. We've thrown all our old pots and pans in the trash and will probably supplement our stock with more Disney Farberware."
