"UPS showed up to my house and said that they didn't have my package and then later on tracking said my package was delivered, but 30 miles from my house, I filed a claim with UPS and they determined that my package was lost, then I contacted Farberware about my issue and I still haven't heard back. Guess I'm out $40"
