"I tried to return two other items I got, because they are very small. I took pictures of it and emails it . I kept calling just going to voicemail. Customer service is horrible. I would never purchase anything from them."

great set needs one more lid
"very happy I would like the smaller fry pan came with a fitting lid. Also think the set would be improved with a saute pan"

"Cheap cookware. The handles are not insulated and get very hot. I think that plastic on handles might melt if I boil something for more than 10 min."

The one complaint is the mirrored stainless steel exterior. I clean the pots and pans with a non scratch sponge and still I can see swirl mark like scratches after a few washes."
