"What a joke! I ordered aqua because of the color and I got black. They made me haul it back to post office and replaced it with royal blue, not aqua. What part of Aqua don’t you understand? I’m not gonna run back to the post office again! And they can come here and get it after they bring mail my aqua ones. Maybe the third times a charm for them. My first and last order from them ever. Some real winners on the phone too!"

"I ordered a set of 3 pans July 2nd had to call after a week or two to be told we will put a five day tracking on this and get back to you. No response to this whatsoever. I had to put in another complaint and only then did they send these low quality pans . I had other Farberware pans that were fantastic. This company is now a low quality producer of products , very poor and inefficient customer service."
