"We've had this pan for 4 years now, great pan. However, do NOT use it on a glass electric stove top, it will scratch the heck out of the surface of the stovetop! $600 stove done in by a $20 pan. Sad."

A dreamy skillet to look at, and to use...
"Don't let this skillet fool you with it's lighter weight, it's a workhorse! Not only is it gorgeous with it's shiny black exterior and true copper color interior, it is also highly functional with it's 12.5" size and extra deep capacity. Having a glass top electric stove is oftentimes difficult to find a cooking vessel that sits perfectly flat, this beauty doesn't wobble or walk itself across the stovetop like some will. Most of the meals I cook have cheese, heavy cream and/or eggs and seriously NOTHING sticks, no scorching or ring left around the top either. Even though this skillet is dishwasher safe I haven't had the need to run it through because everything just slides right out easily and completely, handwashing is just faster. My favorite pots and pans are heavy aluminum Farberware that are probably as old as I am, and I love them dearly because almost everything newer is Teflon with nasty chemicals, now that I've used the CopperSlide™ technology that is PFOA free I will be looking for the matching set to complete my collection."

"I love the size of this pan. I can fry lots of chicken breasts in this pan and it is a deep pan so the grease splatters stay in the pan. It is also very durable and cleans up easily. The double handles also make it easier to drain."

"Ok, I'm usually quite picky about my kitchenware, but I'm so glad I got this! Not going to lie, I love it! Ive tested this all week with a variety of food and it still looks brand new. It's true, it doesn't stick, and super easy to clean because the food just slides off. I look forward to using it more and I have no doubt it will keep up with my family if five."
