"I purchased this pot and I loved it at first... then the enamel started coming off in chunks. I have only used it about 5 times. I am so sad I am no longer able to use it due to the enamel flaking off inside the pot. I have had it less than 1 year."
"The pot itself seems fine but customer service is horrible. I ordered 2 pots a month ago and only one shipped, zero indication when the other will ship. Customer service phone number is a joke because you can't talk to a human, and no reapose to my email or support ticket. Have another order that mailed a pan with lid in nothing but a thin plastic bag, zero other packaging and both were completely damaged and can't get anyone to respond. Going to have to stop payment in order to get my money back."
"I purchased this stockpot at Target to cook corn for a large dinner gathering. It certainly worked well for that event and I love the color! Unfortunately, there are now two spots which do not have the enamel anymore - a small spot on the rim and one on the bottom interior. There is no evidence of trauma. We boiled water and cooked ears of corn. That is it. I am seriously unhappy with that and would like to return it for another."
"The second time I used this product it saddens me that the food stuck on the bottom even though I greased it generously and stirring my stew every 15-20 minutes. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but the only way to file a complaint was by mail or calling and I didn’t feel like sitting on hold."
