Arrived broken!

"This glass-topped stockpot was shipped in a bubble mailer. The package "rattled," which turned out to be the broken handle. The handle broke off and fell into the pot. The glass top chipped. (Days later, I received two ordera of metal bakeware, both packaged in boxes, with copious amounts of peanuts.) This was a problem, but trying to reach Farberware for assistance was impossible! Submitting a ticket online garnered only a "canned" response. A follow-up email was ignored. Calls to THREE different customer service numbers failed to reach live assistance, but rather recommended email. I only received a response after I disputed the charge through PayPal. While I have yet to receive the replacement, I certainly it comes properly packaged, in a box, with peanuts, like the metal was."
