Bent pan
"TLDR: I’ll keep it but I won’t be purchasing from Faberware again. The pan itself is good. The problem is this is the 3rd attempt at ordering one of these and each time it arrives with at least one dent. I ordered it from two other retailers originally and they came dented so I thought I’d order direct from the manufacturer who would surely know how to ship safely. Nope. It’s dented. So I give up. I’ll keep it because it’s obviously still functional but when you pay good money for something you expect to be undamaged. Damages happen but what bothers me is the fact that by reading the other reviews they have know about this issue for at least a year and yet people are still getting bent up pans so I question whether they’ve even bothered to correct the problem. It was shipped in a giant box filled to the brim with low density packing peanuts. So I have an entire garbage bag full of packing peanuts and a bent pan. Maybe use some bubble wrap? But maybe that might mean your executives or shareholders won’t be able to buy a second yacht?"
