"I have yet to receive my cookie pans. I was sent a Minnie Mouse pan instead. I called the same day that my order arrived. I have since called 3 times and requested a supervisor call back. No one has called me back. I have no new shipment date, even though I have already returned the Minnie Mouse pan. I have never been so disappointed. Will I ever receive my pan? Will they refund the money? I have no idea. When I ask to talk with someone else, I am told I have to wait for them to call me within 48 hours. It has been over a week. I am still waiting. Very frustrated!"

"I liked the product. Outstanding as usual, but again, even after measuring this time it was still too long and did not fit my oven with a forward loading and no way sideways. I gave it to my daughter in law, happily. I live in a 1986 mobile home so the oven a little smaller, but I do love my Classic cookware. That is perfection!"
