"Great pan"
"Pan great and lid is perfect. If you want to come off easily just put pressure down with palm of hand in the center of lid and lift edges. Comes off like a dream."
"Now I don't have to hunt down foil or plastic wrap to cover up a cake or whatever I bake."
"Pan great Lid useless once on need 2 people and crow bar to get lid off!!!"
"I bought this pan 3 years ago. Pan is great. The lid is a challenge to say the least. Even the men in our family struggle to get the lid off. Crazy!"
"I am thrilled the lid is tight. It does not come off in transport and keeps contents very fresh !"
"Removing the lid is harder than anything imaginable, did anyone at your company even try this prior to release?"
"Use a butter knife, use a butter knife-are you kidding me? You're seriously telling customers to pry the lid off with a knife? Why not, better than breaking your fingers, sure no other company suggests using a knife to knife to open a lid, but you did."
"We bought 2 of these pans to replace an older one we had that had a lid that had a handle built into it that allowed air to get into the pan, drying out whatever was in it. Well this pan is great, and the lid seals wonderfully. But the lid is next to impossible for anyone in my family to remove. I wish there was an easier way to get into the pan other then using a butter knife, because I really do not want my daughter using a knife to get into it. Maybe form a handle into the top of it or a ridge on the corners to help remove it."
"Bought this recently and it is impossible to get the lid off so now I check your website and you suggest prying it off with a knife. If you knew this item was flawed why is it still being sold"
