"I purchased the 10 piece set from Amazon in February of this year after about a month of baking the smaller sheet pans became stained, I tried removing the stain with baking soda and vinegar, this did not work it looks like the stain is embedded in the coating. I have a gas oven and I did not have the temperature above 450."

"This a great set, however, it rusted before we were able to use. Perhaps we just got a bad set? This was a wedding gift that we cannot use. In customer service, the people we encountered were kind but said they could only replace two cookie sheets. The entire set was rusted and we do not want the rust to get in our food when used and it is difficult to get off with just one wash. The process has also taken about 4 1/2 weeks to work through the customer service end."
