"This is a heavy, well designed roaster pan. It comes with a removable rack that keeps the meat from soaking in its own fat. The rack sits nicely inside the pan, it won’t move to fall out when you move the pan. We have cooked a small chicken and multiple roasts and every meal turned out perfectly. We’ve also removed the rack and have cooked a casserole in the pan. It can easily be used for other dishes not just roasting. Cleanup is simple, it is non-stick. Great design, multipurpose and quality material. I love it!"

"This pan is works great. The curved rack keeps your turkey or chicken in place. It was large enough for a 20 pound turkey and yet we’ve also used it for a roaster chicken as well with room for veggies. It was easy to clean too!"

"I am in love with my new non-stick Roaster w/U-rack by Farberware, I have used it for my dinners every single night so far. The quality of this roaster is phenomenal, I have cooked some pretty messy foods in it, and it all comes off so easily when washing. The included U-rack is great for roasting chicken, turkey or a ham and you can also use without the u-rack. It does not warp when heating and heats evenly while cooking. The handles are dual riveted, sturdy which I love because I am always struggling with removing pans from the oven. Overall, this is definitely a must have and would highly recommend to others."

"This is a quality roasting pan! I love the size, I can fit 2 chickens on it to roast. I've made pork roast as well and it came out great. The grease drains to the bottom and since it's non stick, it was so easy to clean."

"This Farberware Bakeware Nonstick Roaster with U-Rack is perfect. It is made of good quality and is very durable. It also is of perfect size for roasting a roast, large chicken or a small turkey. I really like the U-Rack because it keeps the the meat from sitting in it's own juices and also makes it easy for basting. Also it is removable so this roaster can also be used to be prepare other foods such as casseroles, not just for roasting. Since this bakeware is non-stick, it makes cleanup a breeze. I really like it and highly recommend it."

"I've always had trouble finding a roaster that was big enough to completely hold my family's holiday turkey. This Roaster finally did the trick. The inserted rack made it easy for the bird to stay lifted and allow the grease drippings to fall below so the meat wasn'taittng in the grease. The roaster is very sturdy and not flimsy at all. Farberware has always been a trusted brand in my house and will continue to be."

"So far I have only used this to roast veggies as I haven't really been in the market to roast a whole chicken or turkey. The veggies turned out great though because the rack allows them to cook on the bottom without sitting in liquid. Really recommend!"
