Disappointed buyer of Farberware Grill pan

"I bought the Farberware yellow round grill pan from Boscovs. I have a review there also. I’m very disappointed in my grill pan. The pan is very light weight and the bottom gets scratched and leaves a residue on the bottom. I have a glass cook top. The handle also gets hot to touch. Did I get. a lemon? I will stick with my All clad, Emeril, Analon & Calphalon. I like to try different brands but I’m very disappointed with this one."

Inexpensive with Deal But Handle Gets HOT!

"I got a good price on this 10 inch, 3 qt. saute pan with lid. I was advised to go inexpensive because the nonstick coating gets scratched and wears off after a few years regardless of how expensive the pan is. I like the size of the pan, the straight sides, and having a lid, i.e. that it's a saute pan and not a fry pan with a lid. The handle is hollow and open at the end. I thought that would hold water but it drains and dries well. It does, however, get hot quickly so always use a potholder to handle it when cooking."
