"I was under the impression that this free pan was a conventional pan not one that has to be separately stored and for only making cookies with an exact spot fou dough???? I am 73 years old and have been using pans both in professional kitchens and at home. I have absolutely no use for this! Please send me a real pan for real home cooks. "This pan was a freebie when I bought a new set of pots and pans. Although I haven't used it yet, it is a really nice heavy pan. The surface is beautifully coated and I have no doubt that it will work great. I'm moving and bought this set after carefully reviewing many others. If there is any issue I will update this post."

"I made Lasagna when using this pan for the first time. Nothing stuck to it but the tomato sauce left stains all over it. I’m hoping the more I wash it, the less noticeable the stains are."
