"I was under the impression that this free pan was a conventional pan not one that has to be separately stored and for only making cookies with an exact spot fou dough???? I am 73 years old and have been using pans both in professional kitchens and at home. I have absolutely no use for this! Please send me a real pan for real home cooks. "This pan was a freebie when I bought a new set of pots and pans. Although I haven't used it yet, it is a really nice heavy pan.
