No more rolls and cookies burning on the bottom
"I bought these because my crescent rolls, biscuits and cookies were getting burned on the bottom before they were baked on the top, even in my convection oven. These air-insulated cookie sheets solved the problem completely. Now, they just get golden brown on the bottom, and golden brown on the top. No more burned rolls! The smaller one is perfect for just a few rolls, while the bigger one can bake a LOT of cookies at one time. Thanks!"

"I know the price is a little high compared to non-insulated baking pans, but to those who haven’t tried insulated - try it, you will never go back to non-insulated pans. Burning the bottom of food has never happened with these pans - and burning regularly would happen with typical pans."
