6 cups shredded green cabbage
3 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped green onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Combine the cabbages, carrots and green onion in a large bowl. Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the cabbage mixture and toss thoroughly. Chill 1 hour before serving.
