1 loaf French bread
1/2 cup (4 ounces) salted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, for garnish
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Add butter, minced garlic and Italian seasoning to saucepan and melt over low heat.
3. Cut French bread lengthwise, yielding 2 halves and place on cookie sheet. Spoon melted butter mixture evenly over both halves and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake for 12-14 minutes, rotating once halfway through. Remove bread from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Slice and serve immediately.
