Tomato Guacamole

1 large avocado
1 cup quartered red and yellow cherry tomatotes, or diced tomato, drained
1 tablespoon diced red onion
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin or freshly ground cumin seeds
1-1/2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt


  1. Mash avocado in a medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with chips or Carne Asada.
